Shipping Policy

Please check and confirm your shipping address before finalizing your purchase. For any reason a shipping address is incorrect, this cannot be changed and this will result in order cancellation.

Shipment processing time all orders are processed within 3-5 business days.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. If a package is shown as delivered via USPS, UPS or FEDEx but has been stolen from your residence you must file a claim with your local post office or shipping vendor. Stolen orders will not replaced by us.

Lost or Missing Packages

Please look out for your package. Once it ships you will receive an email notice with your order information and tracking information. If the tracking number on your order states that our shipping partners successfully delivered your package but, you can't locate our only resolution is to file an insurance claim with the delivery company for reimbursement. We will not resend packages that are marked as delivered.  This process varies in time and is at the full discretion of the shipping company. 

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, stolen or incorrectly delivered shipments confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. We do not take responsibility for undelivered packages due to misinformation of shipping addresses submitted by the customer during the checkout process.
