Refunds and Replacements

We DO NOT accept returns of feminine care products. If your items arrive damaged please contact us for a replacement at aafemininity@gmail.com.

Our website provides detailed product descriptions to aid in choosing the right products for your needs. 

Damages and issues

Upon arrival, please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is, damaged, incomplete or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can investigate the issue and make it right.

Lost or Missing Packages

Please look out for your package. Once it ships you will receive an email notice with your order information and tracking information. If the tracking number on your order states that our shipping partners successfully delivered your package but, you can't locate our only resolution is to file an insurance claim with the delivery company for reimbursement. We will not resend packages that are marked as delivered.  This process varies in time and is at the full discretion of the shipping company.
